Inspired by the apple tree with fruits hanging from its large branches, ‘Fruit of Life’ is the futuristic kitchen designed by Hieu Tranngoc and Hao Tran from Vietnam. The closet, a small fridge, the electric cooker, and the microwave oven are incorporated in the two large fruits hanging from the two branches. The sink and the table board form the top of the broad branch and the water and energy supply containers are fused to represent the stem. A LCD screen connected with a small computer is mounted on the top.

What’s different?
This design evolves an interactive kitchen where the occupant of the kitchen could browse the net and even chat with friends while cooking. Unlike contemporary modular kitchens where every module is fixed on a particular spot, giving flexibility to the cooking space Fruit of Life could be rotated or lifted to suit the need of the user and other occupants in the room.

Pricing & Availability:
The Fruit of Life is at the concept stage and therefore we have to wait for sometime to realize its practical applicability.
