Features:
With recyclable material becoming a contemporary rage,Tom Price has created Meltdown Fleece Chair out of recycled polyester clothing. The chair, depicting a heap of clothing, is made by placing layers of polyester garments on a hot steel seat. As the temperature of the steel seat rises, the polyester present in the dresses melts, presenting colorful patterns, transforming the worn out polyester garments laden chair into a designer piece.

What’s Different?
The Meltdown Fleece Chair cannot be compared to the sleek chair designs commonly available. The untidy look of the design makes it an appealing piece of furniture for any teenager’s room matching their carefree attitude.
Price and Availability:
Being a part of the Arts Co exhibition the Meltdown Fleece Chair is currently not available for commercial production.

Hey! Is it a chair? Interesting buddy! It looks like a heap of rejected clothes (as it is made from the recycled materials). Isn’t it? So why not just gather a heap of clothes and sit on that? Isn’t it a good idea as well? LOL!
