Water conservation is one of the prime concerns on the mind of every environmentalist and rightly so. Considering the consumerist nature of the world populace, minimizing the wastage of water becomes quite difficult. Not only homes but the industries too waste water on a large scale. At such a time when water shortage is posing a threat on the most prospering economies, finding ways to save water is the most important thing. While the motion sensors are a big boon to the cause of freshwater management its cost effectiveness can be questioned.
Ava Vanity Basin is a design which is built to re-use the clean water that is usually wasted. The product ensures that the partially clean water is stored and can be used to flush the toilet or for gardening. The design of this product is simple with a melamine thermostat injection molded casing and polycarbonate poppet valve with PU seal that has an assembly process managed with-in seconds using a snap fit anchor on the valve foot. This valve can be retro fitted on the existing basins and has varied basin applications from the bathroom vanity to the kitchen.
The poppet valve is designed to open when its spring return pressure is over come by the downwards fluid force of the water. The product involves the use of simple mechanisms but is working towards a big cause of saving water and thus comes really handy.
