I really do have a great deal of fascination for the sleek and the slender. When that is coupled with grace, elegance and splendor, it really becomes a wonderful sight to behold. While I would not venture any further about my personal choices, there is something that captures your eye when you truly come across beauty. That beauty is now reflected in some top class furniture that is being made by Narbutas & Ko, a company from Lithuania. True beauty does not shout out, it just stands in silence waiting for those who seek it to find it. While it might be a bit of an exaggeration calling this collection of furniture as art work, it is surely fine to call them as splendid pieces of decoration. Narbutas & Ko furniture is designed by the most prominent European (’Ito Design’, Lucci & Orlandini, JM Hansen) and Lithuanian (V. Zabulionis, H. Sabaliauskas, V. Puzeras) designers or so the company claims (and I have no reason to doubt them).

I cannot personally confirm if that set of designers are the best Europe has to offers, but they seem to be as good as any, going by what is one view. They seem to have brought out a new range of office furniture that looks stylish and pretty sleek. The important thing about this range is that it serves the three basic purposes of office furniture. Their design helps them save space, their styling gives the office a degree of class and their durability give them a great functional value. The combination is pretty hard to match, let alone beat. They seem to have put plenty of thought in to the designs and it is almost as if furniture these days is looking more and more like a piece from the ‘Starship Cruiser’ or ‘The Matrix’. It would be interesting to see where this exciting trend leads us to, but so far so good.
